Diet Reminder

According to this entry, in one of the points (point 3), the author did suggest to wear something to remind yourself that you are on a diet program. Think of something that you can wear or carry along anywhere you go , so that you would never forget that you are actually on diet.

"Remember. A third reason people fail at their diets is because they forget they are even on one. Buy a wristband or necklace and set it as your "diet item". Wear your diet item everyday and remember it when you are eating."






















So, ni salah satu contoh diet item or diet reminder :)
