Baru2 ni saya telah mencuba USANA - Nutrimeal & Fibergy as my meal replacement. Rasanya sungguh sedap dan mudah untuk disediakan serta mengenyangkan. Jika kita ingin menurunkan berat badan bagi saya produk ini amat membantu. Nutrimeal boleh diambil 2 kali sehari samada sebagai replacement untuk breakfast dan lunch atau breakfast dan dinner. Sementara meal yang satu lagi boleh makan seperti biasa.
